Creating balance, structure and co-ordination, Pilates comprises a dynamic and sophisticated flow of 34 mat exercises that activated smaller (often ignored) muscle groups. Promoting self-awareness where tension and strength may be lacking. 

Through out the process of joint mobilisation - pelvic stability is challenged and "Powerhouse Strength" increases. Targeting 2 way - stretching and diaphragmic breathing, Pilates boosts positive gains improving spinal mobility and postural alignment. Your structure is not your fate and can be addressed.
